Mrs. N.E. Winn of Kirksville and who is well known here, died in a St. Louis hospital Tuesday after undergoing an operation on April 1. She had been under hospital care for several weeks for cancer of the stomach.
Mrs. Winn, nee Cora Frances McGraw, was born in Adair County near Nind June 6, 1875, a daughter of James Wesley and Frances McGraw.
She was married to Newton E. Winn June 25, 1902.
The body was taken to Kirksville where funeral services will be held at the home Friday afternoon and burial will be made in the Maple Hills cemetery.
