Graveside services for Estyl Ray Ballinger, 84, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Ballinger passed away at 5:07 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his home.
He was born January 12, 1935, at Dora, Missouri, to Frank Simon Ballinger and Ina Fay Tillman Ballinger. Mr. Ballinger was a veteran, having served with the United States Army. On July 24, 1964, he was married at West Plains, to Goldie Fay Hunter, who preceded him in death on July 2, 2009. He enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with his family. Mr. Ballinger was a Christian.
He is survived by three children, Nellie Adkison and husband, Danny, West Plains, Missouri, Wanita Breedlove and husband, David, Udall, Missouri and Michael Ballinger, West Plains, Missouri; six grandchildren, Joshua Adkison, Springfield, Missouri, Robert Adkison and friend, Hollie, Springfield, Missouri, Kimberly Adkison, West Plains, Donald Breedlove, Mountain Home, Arkansas, Wanita Breedlove and fiancée, AJ, Theodosia, Missouri and Estyl Breedlove and wife, Audrey, Hardenville, Missouri; six great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, James, Alvin, DJ, William and Sydnie; two sisters, Wilma Ballinger and Zella Ballinger; and several nieces and nephews.
His parents, wife, one daughter, Estella, one sister, Ivene and two half-sisters, Zalla and Margie, preceded him in death.
