"Frank" Brooks Harper was born on August 19, 1907 in Dunklin County, Gibson, Missouri and died on October 3, 2000 in Garland County, Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. He was ths son of "Marvin" H. Harper, Sr. and "Minnie" Belle Brooks Harper. He married "Ruth" Mae Guthrie Lawhon on December 3, 1942 in Saint Paul United Methodist Church in Abilene, Texas.
"Ruth" Mae Guthrie Lawhon Harper was born on June 24, 1905 in Craighead County, Black Oak, Arkansas and died on May 22, 1996 in Garland County, Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Andrew J. Guthrie born 1875 in Alabama and Mollie Guthrie born 1884 in Arkansas.
