Della Funderburk Hinson, 93, died July 20, 2001 at the River Oaks Care Center in Steele.
Born October 20, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Virgil Alexander and Rosa Lee Allison Funderburk. She was a homemaker and a member of the Cooter United Methodist Church in Cooter.
She was preceded in death by seven nieces, 11 nephews, four grand nephews, and one great grand nephew.
Survivors include 13 nieces........;23 grand nieces; 32 grand nephews; 31 great grand nieces; 20 great grand nephews; 16 second great grand nieces; and 18 second great grand nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 23 at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Steele with Rev. Jim Mousie Officiating.
Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele.
