Services for Mrs. Ethel Grace Goodrich of Memphis, 61, who died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C.R. Kennon, of Memphis, were conducted Tuesday afternoon at Steele, Mo., at 2:30 in the Methodist Church. Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Born in Harrisburg, Ill., Mrs. Goodrich lived most of the adult life in Steele. She was the widow of David W. Goodrich of Steele.
She is survived by six other daughters: Mrs. Mary Martin of Tyler, Texas; Mrs. Gladys McDaniel of Blytheville, Mrs. Lillie Wright and Mrs. Edna Baxter, both of Deering, Mo.; Mrs. Frances Fullerton of Steele, and Mrs. Ruth Morris of Laurel, Miss.; three sons: Robert, David and Billy Goodrich, all of Memphis, her father, J.C.S. Mitchell of Clarendon, Ark., a sister, Mrs. C.R. Pugh of Clarendon, and a brother, R.L. Mitchell of Blytheville.

D.W. Goodrich, a prominent and progressive farmer of near here, died at Methodist Hospital in Memphis at 8 o'clock Tuesday night. He had been in ill health for a month and was admitted to the hospital Sunday.
Mr. Goodrich was born in Germantown, near Memphis, and lived there until 1907 when he moved to Blytheville, where he resided for 12 years, finally locating near Steele where he has large farming interests and made his home until death.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ethel Goodrich; seven daughters, Mrs. D.M. Martin of Tyler, Texas; Mrs. Charles Kennon of Memphis; Mrs. Lillie Wright of Deering; Mrs. Nola McDaniel of Steele; Mrs. Frances Fullerton of Deering; and Misses Edna Me and Ruth Ellen Goodrich, at home; three sons: Robert Goodrich of Detroit, Mich.; Billie Goodrich, of Steele, and David Goodrich, of New York City; and one brother, R.S. Goodrich, of Germantown.
Funeral services are being held this afternoon at the Baptist church by the pastor, Rev. J.W. Cunningham, with burial in Mount Zion Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Charles and Walter Hoskins of near Steele, R.S. Harris, Ed Martin, Hatch Doan and W.H. Minyard, of Blytheville.
