Goldie Mae Willard died Feb. 29, 2000, at Rose Skill Care Nursing Home, Jonesboro, AR. She was born April 1, 1917, in Howell County, MO; the daughter of Jim D. and Mila (Huddleston) Morgan. On Feb. 14, 1934, she was married at Peace Valley to Jewell Clifford Willard, who preceded her in death Feb. 19, 1994.
Mrs. Willard was a member of Church of Christ of Trumann, AR.
Survivors include two children, Bill R. Willard and wife, Jean of Trumann, AR; Jack Willard and wife, Pam of West Plains, MO; one sister, Nadene Ford of St. Louis, MO; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister, Ruby Bratcher; and one brother, H.W. Morgan.
Funeral services are March 2, 2000, at Carter Funeral Home Chapel in West Plains, with Evangelists Neale Phipps and Ivie Powell officiat1ng. Burial in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Carter Funeral Home Inc. of West Plains, MO. [West Plains Daily Quill]
