STEELE, Mo.--Funeral services were held last Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. G.W. Lawrence, who died Tuesday at her home after a long illness. The services were conducted by Rev. Woolman of Blytheville and Rev. Holley of Steele. Interment was in the Mt. Zion cemetery.
Mrs. Lawrence, who was born in Lawrenceburgh, Ill., has lived here since her marriage to Mr. Lawrence in 1896. She was a good christian woman and a wonderful mother.
Surviving are her husband, one son, Robert, and a daughter, Mrs. O.A. Dunivant, all of Steele, and another daughter, Mrs. Beulah Dillinder of Flint, Mich.

Steele, Mo.--Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. G.W. Lawrence at her home in Steele, conducted by Rev. Jack Woolman, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene of Blytheville and the Rev. H.S. Holley, pastor of the Methodist church of Steele. Interment was in Mt. Zion cemetery.
Mrs. Lawrence, 60, died Tuesday after a lengthy illness. She was born in Murfresboro, Ill., but has lived near Steele since her marriage to Mr. Lawrence in 1896. She has been a member of the Evening Light Holiness Church for a number of years.
Survivors are her husband, one son Robert, and one daughter, Mrs. O.A. Dunavant, all of Steele, and another daughter, Mrs. Carl Dillender of Flint, Mich., and other relatives.
