Graveside services for Leamon Floyd Andrews, 84, West Plains, will be 2 pm Friday at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Andrews died 11:05 am Tuesday, Feb 14, 2006, in Ozarks Medical Center. He was born Aug. 20, 1921, in West Plains to Ernest and Neva Redburn Andrews. On Aug 26, 1943, Mr. Andrews was married at Santa Barbara, Calif. to Ruth Orene Beach. He was a veteran, having served with the US Army during World War II. Mr. Andrews was employed at International Shoe Company for over 30 years and enjoyed gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Andrews, West Plains; three sons, Bill Andrews, wife, Colleen, and Gary Andrews, wife Kathy, West Plains, and Larry Andrews, wife Carrie, Mammoth Spring, Ark; eight grandchildren, Lanetta Busch, husband Steve, Lisa Kimbrough, husband Shannon, Larry Gene Andrews Jr., wife Melanie, Floyd Andrews, wife Susanne, Alicia Gunter, husband Wes, Billie Andrews and daughter Courtney, Greg Andrews, wife Lacy, and Angela Falwell, husband Rick; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
His parents, one son, Floyd Andrews and wife, Pat; a daughter-in-law, Brenda Andrews; one grandson, Larry Wayne; four sisters; and two brothers preceded him in death.

Graveside services for Ruth Orene Andrews, 86, West Plains, were Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Mrs. Andrews died at 6:10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, at NHC HealthCare. She was born Oct. 1, 1923, at West Plains, Mo., to George and Mattie Elliott Beach. On Aug. 26, 1943, she was married at Santa Barbara, Calif., to Leamon Floyd Andrews, who preceded her in death on Feb. 14, 2006. Before her retirement, Mrs. Andrews was employed at the International Shoe Company. She loved flowers and enjoyed making quilts. Her family was an important part of her life; she especially enjoyed her grandchildren. Mrs. Andrews was a member of the Victoria Mission Church. She is survived by three sons, Bill Andrews, wife, Colleen, of West Plains, Gary Andrews, wife, Kathy, of West Plains and Larry Andrews, wife, Carrie, of Mammoth Spring, Ark.; seven grandchildren, Lanetta Busch, Lisa Kimbrough, husband, Shannon, Larry Gene Andrews Jr., wife, Melanie, Alicia Gunter, husband, Wes, Billie Andrews, Greg Andrews and Angela Falwell; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Juanita Carty; and several nieces and nephews. Her parents; husband; one son, Floyd Andrews and wife, Pat; daughter-in-law, Brenda Andrews; two grandsons, Larry Wayne Andrews and Floyd D. Andrews; grandson-in-law, Steve Busch; one sister, Georgia Crites; and two brothers, Bert Beach and Cleo Wayne Beach precede her in death. Memorial contributions may be made to NCH HealthCare Activity Fund and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
