Funeral services were held May 1, 1966 at the German Funeral Home chapel here for A.G. Moseley, 44, who died April 29, 1966 at Kennedy Veterans Hospital in Memphis. The Rev. James F. McCrary officiated.
A World War II veteran, he had lived in this community all his life. He was wounded at St. Lo.
He leaves nine sisters, Mrs. Lillian Dicus and Mrs. Maggie Carney of Blytheville, Mrs. Vicie Leatherman of Pittsville, Ind.; Ruth Moseley of St. Louis; Mrs. Bertha Wicki of Chicago; Mrs. Georgia Lathrop of Florida; Mrs. Neeley Lampkin of Albuquerque, N.M.; Mrs. Lorene Secoy of Greenville, Miss.; and Mrs. Mary Lee Mohr of Picayune, Miss.; two brothers, Dr. Patterson Moseley of Ruston, La., and Clark Moseley, of St. Louis.
Pallbearers were W.L. Ledford, Clell Waldrop, Vinson Potts, Tommy Laden, Frank Collins and Smith Johnson.
Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery with the German Funeral Home in charge.
