Retta Woolfolk, age 71, Nixa, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2010. She was born November 14, 1938 in Yell County, Arkansas, the daughter of George B. and Atter (Baker) Fowler. On December 25, 1959 she married Richard Woolfolk. Retta was a member of First Baptist Church of Nixa.
Survivors include her husband Richard, Nixa; two children, Rick Woolfolk and wife Keena, Nixa and Karla Riley and husband Jeff, Rogersville; three grandchildren, Jacob, Clay and Gracie Woolfolk; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Retta was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa with Kevin Chapman officiating. Burial will follow in McConnell-Bledsoe Cemetery, Nixa. Visitation will be from 2-4 P.M. Sunday in the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
