Funeral services were held Sunday, October 17, 1976 for B.H. Shielly of 151 Locust Street, Steele. Born January 23, 1916 in Arkansas, Mr. Shielly died October 15, 1976 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis.
Rev. James F. McCrary conducted the service at First Baptist Church in Steele. Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery with German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Graveside service was conducted by the Oddfellows Lodge.
Mr. Shielly was a retired farmer and merchant.
He leaves his widow, Mary Frances Copeland Shielly of the home; a daughter, Brenda Kay Bryan, Piedmont, Mo.; a son, Joe Wayne Shielly of San Diego; he also leaves a brother, Howard Shielly of Piedmont, Mo., and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Sam Ellis, Willie D. McDaniel, Randy McDaniel, Carl Gunn, Bobby Robinson and Joe Samford.
