Mrs. Pearl Baker, 73, of Cooter, Mo., died Sunday, April 30, 1989 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
Connected with Mary's Chapel Baptist Church, she was born in Blytheville, Ark. and had been a life-long area resident.
She leaves her husband, the Rev. Raymond Baker; two sons: Jerry Baker of Maynard, Ark. and Allen Brown of Cooter; a daughter, Mrs. Daisy Murphy of Cooter; four brothers: Clarence Brown of Yoncalla, Ore., Hubert Brown and Bay Brown of Cooter, and Thomas Brown of Memphis; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 3, 1989, at 1:30 p.m. at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville with the Rev. Jerry Baker officiating. Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery near Steele, Mo.
