Services for Mrs. Eva Gemmecke Smith, 94, Seligman, who died at 9:30 p.m. last Tuesday at her home, were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Seligman Baptist Church.
The Rev. Sammy Etcheson officiated. Burial was in the Rocky Comfort Cemetery under direction of Culver Funeral Home, Cassville.
Born Jan. 6, 1878, in Seligman, Mrs. Smith had lived in Exeter most of her life, returning to Seligman seven years ago. She was a member of the Presbyterian church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. O.B. Hendon of Tulsa, Okla., Mrs. Stan Williams, Neosho, and Mrs. Clyde Mitchell, Seligman; a brother, Dan Gemmecke, Denver, Colo.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
