ROLAND (PETE) DUMMITT
Funeral services for Roland (Pete) Dummitt, 54, who was found dead at his home north of Monett Saturday morning, will be held in Buchanan chapel, Monett, at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Albion Erickson will officiate. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.

Mr. Dummitt is survived by his wife, Nellie; a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Michael, Monett; two sons, Robert, Independence, and Harold, stationed with the Army in Germany; four brothers, seven sisters and nine grandchildren.

Nellie Ethel Dummitt, 80

MONETT --- Services for Nellie Ethel Dummitt, 80, Monett, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Bennett-Wormington Chapel with the Rev. Friederick Zahn officiating. Burial will be in Monett IOOF Cemetery.

Mrs. Dummitt died at 11:15 a.m. Sunday in St. Vincent's Hospital after a short illness.

A native of Bellwood, Neb., she moved to Monett from Byrd, Neb. She retired in 1977 from Hobson Shoe Store.

Survivors include two sons, Harold Jack, Tacoma, Wash., and Bob, Independence; a daughter, Joan Gibson, Monett; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great -grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
