Alvah Dale Blevins, age 65, of Fayetteville, AR, formerly of Freistatt, M O , died on Thursday, July 02, 2015 at the V.A. Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR. Mr. Blevins was born in Neosho, MO on Friday, September 09, 1949. He was the son of Tollie "Hollis" and Lois (Rice) Blevins. Mr. Blevins was married to Ramona C. Salas on September 09, 1990, in San Diego, CA. He was a Structural Engineering Designer, served his country in the U .S. Navy, and was a member of the Baptist Church.

Surviving are the following: his wife, Ramona of the home; three sons, Carlos A. Lawrence of Escondido, CA, Jason W. Blevins of Oakley, CA, and Dale J. (Angela G.) Blevins of Lamar, AR; two daughters, Shanon L (George ) DeLaSierra of Prescott Valley, AZ and Michelle D. (Christopher M.) Tuley of Oakley, CA; his father, Tollie "Hollis" Blevins of Pierce City MO ; one sister, Holly Dummit of Aurora, MO; one brother, James Landoll of Pierce City, MO; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The family will receive friends at Pierce City Cemetery in Pierce City, MO on Monday, July 06, 2015, from 10:30 AM until service time at 11:00 A M when graveside services will begin with Rev. Greg Bunn officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, MO.
