Enos A. Miller, age 64, was born Jan. 13, 1947, in Middlefield, Ohio, the son of Andy and Sarah (Graber) Miller and passed away July 1, 2011, at his home in Weatherby. On Jan. 23, 1969, Enos and Kathryn Coblentz were united in marriage. To this union eight children were born. Enos lived in Ohio until 1982, when he moved his family to Fairview, Mo., where he was a building contractor and auctioneer. In 1997, he moved to Maysville, Mo., where he lived until his death. His years in Maysville were spent operating Built-Rite Buildings as well as participating in auctions of all kinds. His deep compassion for all people made him a favorite of relatives and business associates alike. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends and his desire was that all would find Christ as their personal Savior. Enos lived in Ohio until 1982, when he moved his family to Fairview, Mo., where he was a building contractor and auctioneer. In 1997, he moved to Maysville, Mo., where he lived until his death. His years in Maysville were spent operating Built-Rite Buildings as well as participating in auctions of all kinds. His deep compassion for all people made him a favorite of relatives and business associates alike. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends and his desire was that all would find Christ as their personal Savior. Enos is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; and two sisters. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Kathryn; step-mother, Mabel Miller; eight children, Jon (Edna) Miller, Beth (Wilford) Hochstedler, Jason (Anna) Miller, Emily (Stanley) Schrock, Jeremy (Susan) Miller, Justin (Michelle) Miller, Jared Miller and Jerick Miller; four brothers; six sisters; and 20 grandchildren. Visitations will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 3, at Maysville Mennonite Church. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, at Fairview Mennonite Church with burial following in Fairview Mennonite Cemetery. Visitation in Fairview Mennonite Church from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday in Fairview, Mo. Memorial contributions may be made to Maysville Mennonite Church 5060 N.E. State Rte. D Weatherby, MO 64497. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend she was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 42 years Enos A. Miller. She spent her days as a Proverbs 31 woman, caring for her 8 children and many grandchildren. Her multiple talents included baking, sewing, landscaping and making her house a home. She loved to bless people with gifts. Survivors include her children, Jon (Edna) Miller, Stark City, MO, Beth (Wilford) Hochstedler, Stark City, MO, Jason (Anna) Miller, Quaker City, OH, Emily (Stanley) Schrock, Greentop, MO, Jeremy (Susan) Miller, Fairland, OK, Justin (Michelle) Miller, Leon, IA, Jared (Jen) Miller, Leon, IA and Jerick Miller, Leon, IA. 26 grandchildren and two brothers, Norman (Dorothy) Coblentz and Don (Lorene) Coblentz.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fairview Christian Fellowship, 29836 Highway HH, Fairview, MO 64842.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 24, 2016, in Fairview Christian Fellowship, 29836 Highway HH, Fairview, MO 64842. Interment will be in Fairview Mennonite Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 2:00 until 4:00 P.M. and from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday in the church.
