Funeral services for Roger Dale Jackson Sr., 57, of Willow Springs, will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2006, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Mr. Jackson died at 8:46 a.m. on Saturday, July 22, 2006, in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was born Jan. 27, 1949, in Monroe, La., to Louis and Vivian Hedrick Jackson. On Jan. 18, 1970, Mr. Jackson was married at Bastrop, La., to Evelyn Lightsey. He was a veteran, having served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled Veterans. Before his retirement, he worked for Wal-Mart. Mr. Jackson was a member of the Church of the Brethren. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Jackson, of the family home; four children, Roger Jackson Jr., of the family home, Louis Jackson and his wife, LeeAnna, of Fort Campbell, Ky., Michelle Pruitt and her husband, Travis, of Pleasant Hope, Mo., and Steven Jackson of Springfield, Mo.; and four grandchildren, Trevor Jackson, Ashleigh Jackson, Hannah Jackson and Reid Pruitt.His parents precede him in death.Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery.

Graveside services for Evelyn Jackson, 68, Willow Springs, Missouri, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jackson passed away at 5:57 p.m., Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Ozarks Medical Center.
She was born December 11, 1948, at Fairbanks, Louisiana, to Fort Melvin Lightsey and Mary Jane Slack Lightsey. On January 18, 1970, she was married at Bastrop, Louisiana, to Roger Dale Jackson, Sr., who preceded her in death on July 22, 2006. Mrs. Jackson had worked at Wal-Mart and the West Plains Civic Center. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren, Peace Valley, Missouri.
She is survived by four children, Roger Jackson, Jr., Louis Jackson and wife, Lee Anna, Michelle Pruiett and husband, Travis and Steven Jackson; four grandchildren, Trevor Jackson and wife, Breanna, Ashleigh Jackson, Hannah Jackson and Reid Pruiett; and several nieces and nephews. Evelyn had nine brothers and sisters.
Her parents and husband preceded her in death.
