Married Friedrich Konrad Brinkmann on 10-06-1844 in Detmold, Germany. Their children included Johann Friedrich Philipp, Wilhelmine Sophie Amalia, Karl Friedrich (all born in Germany), August, Henry, and Caroline (all born in Missouri).
The German inscription on her stone translates, “Therefore is still peace for the people of God. Those dead ones are blessed, which die in the Lord, henceforth. Yes, the Spirit says, they shall rest from their work, because their opus will follow them.”
