Naomi Mae “Toots” Jinks Marbut
Toots Marbut passed away Monday in Freeman West Hospital. She was daughter of the late Elsie M Anderson & R G Jinks. On 29 Apr 1939 she was married to Oliver Marbut, who preceded her in death. Other preceding her were her 4 siblings.
Surviving are children: Paul Sandberg w/wife Ethel of Pleasant Hill, Ruby Samberson w/husband Robert of Wills Point TX, Gary Marbut w/wife Darla of Cassville, Joyce Ward of Springfield, & Kay Miller w/husband Bill of Joplin; brother Cecil Jinks of Locust Grove, OK; 13 grandkids; 30 grgrandkids & 15 gr grgrandkids.
Toots her received her education in NE & Cassville. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Gunter Methodist Church at Purdy plus she also attended services at Cassville First Baptist Church. Some of her favorite pastimes were quilting every morning at the Senior Center, working crossword puzzles & reading her Bible.
Rev's Jerry Nickle & James Weaver conducted the services w/Burial in Gunter Cemetery.
