Word was received here last Friday announcing the death of Mrs. B. F. Ragsdale which occurred at Clipper Flats, California, where she had been visiting with some of her children the past six weeks. Her death was the result of a stroke of paralysis from which she had suffered two previous attacks. Her son John Ragsdale, who resides on the old home place about 4 1/2 miles east of here, will arrive at South Greenfield Sunday on an early morning train with the body and the funeral will be held at the country home at 2 o'clock on the same day. Interment will be made at the Ragsdale Cemetery by the side of her husband. Mrs. Ragsdale was raised in the vicinity of Lockwood and Greenfield and is known all over the country. She was 62 years of age.
Eleven children survive the deceased, Mrs. James H. Cunningham, of Lockwood, being one of her daughters.
