Obituary: Died, Saturday, March 3, 1900, at 6 o'clock p.m., Maggie S. wife of W. I. I. Morrow of Purdy, age 52 years and 1 month of heart failure. Maggie S. Williams was born Feb 3, 1848. At the age of sixteen years she was converted and united with the M. W. Church of which she remained a consistent member and died after living a Christian life with the blessed assurance that she was the Child of the King. She was san active member of the church and also the Lady's Aid Society. In whose work she always took an especial delight. November 29, 1868, she married William I. I. Morrow, who with one child and a host of relative and friends, survive to mourn her loss. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at the Purdy M. E. Church by her pastor, Rev. James Lokey, assisted by Rev. Geo. Yarborough of Neosho, after which interment occurred in Purdy Cemetery.
