Cassville Democrat, Nov. 3, 1928 - Mrs. Miles Ennes Passes - Mrs. Eliza Mae Ennes, wife of Miles T. Ennes, died Tuesday, Oct. 30 at their home east of Cassville, at the age of 64 years, 7 months and 28 days. She was born in Indiana on March 6, 1864 and on Oct. 20, 1889 was married to Miles T. Ennes. To this union was born seven children. They are Mrs. Homer Hall and Mrs. Alfred Young of Mineral Spring, Mrs. Robert Henson of Jenkins, Mrs. Delmar Myers of Purdy and Bella Ennes at home, two children died in infancy. Beside her husband and five children she leaves 18 grandchildren, 2 nieces and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was converted at the age of 20 years and united with Methodist church and was member of the Oak Ridge church at the time of her death. She as a devoted Christian woman. Funeral services were held at Mineral Spring, Tuesday, conducted by Rev. Ollie Ennes and interment made in the Ennes cemetery at Forest Grove.
