A. Elaine Johnson, age 85 of Bucklin, died Friday, January 19, 2018 at Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon. Arrangements

Elaine Johnson, age 85 of Bucklin, died Friday, January 19, 2018 at Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon. Elaine was born at Bucklin, Missouri on September 30, 1932 to Ivan Lee and Bessie L. (Leathers) Malloy. She married Eugene S. Johnson on October 9, 1949 at Bucklin and he preceded her in death in 1998.
Elaine helped run an Ice House in Marceline, worked for Tri-State Printers in Bucklin, Gambles, and Ri-Mar Master Market both in Brookfield, and later at Brown Shoe Factory. She was a member of the Bucklin Christian Church where she assisted with Communion for years.
She is survived by three sisters, Sarah Greer, Bucklin, Glenda Wood, New Cambria, and Sherrill Rowland and Keith, Smithton, sister-in-law Merta Malloy, Bucklin, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene, 2 brothers, Forrall and Earl, sister, Norma Snow, 2 nieces and 2 nephews....
