Julia's Obituary:

Died at her home at Pure Air Mo., Sept. 25, 1889. Mrs. Julia Dixon, nee Johnson, beloved wife of Walter Dixon. She was born Jan., 24th 1860, was baptized into the Christian church, July 1883. She had been a patient sufferer for many months before her death. As the end drew near she expressed herself as fully prepared to go. Conscious to the last she died without a fear. To the question of her husband, "Do you think you are dying?" she replied "Yes I am."

Her funeral was preached by the writer, from Numbers 10:29, in the presence of a large concourse of weeping people.

May the Lord Jesus comfort and save the bereaved husband and motherless little bot.
