Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the home for Mrs. Laura Robinson, 72, who died Tuesday morning after a month's illness.
Mrs. Robinson, who has lived at the Number Nine community for the past twenty-five years where she had large farm interests, came here from Jackson, Tenn. She owned and operated her farm at Number Nine and lived there with two daughters.
Survivors include three sons, William of Oran, Mo., Luther of Blytheville and Charlie Robinson of Yarbro, Ark.; seven daughters, Minnie and Eva of the home, and Mrs. Laura Strawbridge all of the Number Nine community, Mrs. Anna Byrd, Portageville, Mrs. Lillie Byrd, Joiner, Ark., Mrs. Myrtle Yancey, West Helena, Ark., and Maude Robinson, Jackson, Tenn. Five sisters and a brother also survive her.
Interment was in the Number 8 cemetery near Cooter.
