Vivian L. Cummins, 58, of Springfield, died at 2:49 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2004 at Memorial Medical Center.
Vivian was born April 28, 1945 in Rolla, MO, the daughter of Henry and Amy Ella Hesseltine Hibner.
She married Mike Cummins in 1988 in Higginsville, MO.
Vivian was employed as a waitress at Wayne's Red Coach for fifteen years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers: Lloyd, John, Jimmy and Lawrence Hibner.
She is survived by her husband: Mike Cummins of Springfield, son: Jimmy (wife, Angel) Hatfield of Springfield, daughter: Amy (husband, Brian) Miller of Springfield, grandchildren: Jaron and Ashley Park of Chatham and Amanda Hatfield of Springfield, sisters: Elsie (husband, Jack) Billingsley of Steelville, MO, JoAnn (husband, Charles) Miller and Anna Mae (husband, Don) Apprill both of Higginsville, MO, brothers: Raymond Hibner and Willie (wife, Carolyn) Hibner both of Chillicothe, MO and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 – 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 16, 2004 at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at Wheeling Cemetery, Wheeling, MO.
The family of Vivian L. Cummins is being served by Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield.
