MARMADUKE--In this city Wednesday, June 3, at 2:30 a.m., Mrs. Katharine S., wife of Mr. S.J. Marmaduke.
Her funeral was conducted at the M.E. church, South, by Rev. J.L. Taylor, assisted by Rev. G.W. Sharp, at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
She was an honored member of society, a true christian, a faithful wife, and devoted member of the M.E. church, south, and she being dead yet speaketh.
