The Edina Sentinel, Edina, Missouri—Thursday, January 31, 1946—James W. Vandiver, formerly of Knox County, died Jan. 29 at his home in Kirksville. Mr. Vandiver was born near Knox City on April 25, 1874, a son of William and Lucinda Burk Vandiver. He married Miss Verdie See of Kirksville in Nov. 1897. Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery, Kirksville.
