John L. Adams of Route 3 died this morning in Community Hospital after being in failing health for several years. Born Sept. 8, 1901 Randolph County, he was a son of John B. and Fratie Lessley Adams. He was a lumber of the Christian Church and the AF and AM in Moberly. Surviving are two cousins, Jim Lessley,
Higbee, and Mrs. J. D. Fitzgerald, Moberly, with when he lived.
The body is at the Million-Greer and Comstock Funeral Hume where funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Higbee Cemetery. The Masonic Lodge will be in charge. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday.
