Son of Christopher Ennis and Susan Lacy
Eugene, small son of Bud Ennis, of Cooter, was hurt accidentally in some way when he went to drive some cows from the pasture last Friday, the injury causing locked bowels. He was sent to a hospital at Memphis, but died after reaching there, and the body was returned on the noon train Saturday and laid to rest in No. Eight cemetery. Mr. Ennis and family are well known here and have many friends to share in their bereavement.
