This additional information was provided by Craftyrat@runbox. It appears there are two headstones that remain. Look for those entries which not have photos until we have some to upload.

Barton County Poor Farm, coming from Lamar, MO go west of Hwy 160. Turn left (south) on S. State Hwy J. Turn left (east) on S.W. 20th rd. Then 1/2 mile on left side (north) of road. There is a small gate with a sign that says Barton County Poor Farm Cemetery. There are two visible graves about 65 feet back from the road. One is Hugh Upton. The other is Charles Eastham(correct name is Eastman). The cemetery land is owned by the county.
The Poor farm opened around 1892 and closed around 1957.
Nothing remains of the poor farm or the cemetery. The land is now part of a farm and the approximate street address is 212-298 SW 20th Rd Lamar, MO 37.472949, -94.342191
This now private property and one should obtain permission to visit, but as said above there is nothing left to see. After the Social Sercurity Act was implementing beginning in 1935, the number of inhabitants dwindled with most poor farms closing their doors by 1950, but many closed earlier in the 1940's.
