Jack Ray Johnson, 74, of Pineville, Missouri died Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. He was born on August 13, 1935 in Jane, Missouri to Clint Johnson and Celia Harmon Johnson.

He retired from Jones Truck Lines after 34 years as a truck driver. He owned a cattle farm for over 45 years. He loved to hunt, fish, and travel in the R.V., and spend time with family and the grandkids.

He is survived by his wife, Gayla Johnson of Jane, Missouri; one son, Jeff Johnson and wife, Andrea of Jane, Missouri; one daughter, Julie Allman and husband, Mark of Anderson, Missouri; and three grandchildren, Kelsey, Miranda, and Lily.

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Arkansas. A Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Bella Vista Funeral Home with Hank Gorman officiating. A Private Burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pleasant Grove Southern Baptist Church, Jane, Missouri.

Gayla Ann Johnson, 79, of Pineville, Missouri died Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at McDonald County Living Center in Anderson, Missouri. She was born September 23, 1941 the daughter of Quinton and Wanda Barker in Elm Springs, Arkansas.

Gayla graduated from Springdale High School in 1959 and worked for Jones Truck Lines in Springdale, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Jack Johnson on December 23, 1965. Jack and Gayla were married 45 years and operated a cattle farm in Jane, Missouri. Gayla also worked in the travel industry until her retirement in 2003. She loved to travel, be outdoors, and spend time with her family and grandchildren. She was a talented artist who enjoyed sewing, pottery, and painting. She had a big heart for animals, especially her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, on February 3, 2010 and a sister, Sarah Cotton, on November 8, 2010.

Gayla is survived by one son, Jeff Johnson and wife, Andrea of Jane, Missouri; one daughter, Julie Allman and husband, Mark of Anderson, Missouri; three grandchildren, Kelsey, Miranda, and Lily; and two great-grandchildren Lakoda and Tanner.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Arkansas. A Life Celebration will begin at 4:30 p.m. A Private Burial will be held at a later date.
