Connie Darlene Graham, 69 of Holden, Missouri passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at her residence.
Connie was born July 11, 1942 in Warrensburg, Missouri, daughter of Irvin E. and E. Reba (Campbell) Higgins. She was raised near Chilhowee and graduated from Holden High School. She was united in marriage to Robert W. Graham on July 9, 1984 in Miami, Oklahoma. Connie had been a Holden resident for the majority of her life. She was an avid quilter. She also loved crocheting and working all types of puzzles.
Survivors include her husband, Robert; her mother, Reba Higgins of Holden, MO; ten children: Jim Snare and wife, Dawn of Springfield, MO; Debbie Hill and husband, Ken of Chilhowee, MO; Becky Snare of Pleasant Hill, MO; Kaye Peach of Rolla, MO; Robert E. Graham of Harrisonville, MO; V. Lynn Bristow and husband, Charley of Warsaw, MO; Dan Graham and wife, Janet of Holden, MO; Robert L. Graham and wife, Cathie of Canon City, CO; Gerald Graham of Holden, MO; and Veronica Clark and husband, Tom of Holden, MO; twenty one grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Irvin and a brother, Jimmie Don Higgins.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Forward Community Church in Holden with Reverend Dexter Snyder officiating. Interment will follow in the Holden Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Anstine, Don Daugherty, Junior Guinn, Danny Graham and Tom Clark.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Johnson County Cancer Foundation, in care of the funeral home.
Williams Funeral Chapel in Holden is in charge of arrangements.
