Velma B. Clymer, 85, Stella, Died at 7:45 p.m. March 17, 1993, at the home of her daughter in Carthage, after a long illness.
Mrs. Clymer was born March 3, 1908, in the state of California, and was a lifelong resident of Stella. she was a homemaker and a member of Primitive Baptist Church, Fairview.
She married Claude Clymer on March 22, 1930, at Neosho. He died April 6,1984.
Survivors include two sons, Estell D. Clymer, Stella, and George C. Clymer, Noel; a daughter, Mary Richardson, Carthage; two brothers, George Parks and Don Parks, both of Klamath Falls. Ore.; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at McQueen Funeral Home, Wheaton, with Rev. Gene Howell and Rev. Billy Joe Gentry officiating.
Burial will be in Rocky Comfort Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dean Clymer, Rick Clymer, Anthony Clymer, Nathan Clymer, Kervyn Richardson and Kenneth Richardson.
