Loreta Lucas Redman, 88, Independence, died Dec. 2, 1994, at the home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Oakwood Baptist Church; burial in the Barnard (Mo.) Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the McGilley-Antioch Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the church. Mrs. Redman was born in Barnard and moved to this area 43 years ago. Survivors include two daughters, Marcia R. Wall of Atlanta and Barbara A. Arello of Kansas City; a brother, William Haselwood of Omaha, Neb.; five grandchildren, 16 step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and five step-great-grand-children." George Lucas, Kansas City, 73, formerly of Barnard, died Friday at Research Hospital, Kansas City.

A native of Barnard, he was married to Loreta Haselwood, a sister of Mrs Truman Clayton, Maryville.

Besides his wife of the home, he is survived by two daughters, Barbara Borasco, Kansas City; and Marica Rea Wall, Atlanta, Ga; and six grandchildren.

Grave services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Barnard Cemetery. MARYVILLE DAILY FORUM, Maryville, Missouri, May 19, 1979
