Mrs. Ella Mae Gemmecke, 83, Seligman, died at 7 p.m. Sunday at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Rogers, Ark.
Mrs. Gemmecke was born May 1, 1888, at Clantonville, Ark.
Survivors include two sons, George Gemmecke, LaJunta, Calif., and Vernon Gemmecke, Ellen Wardlaw, San Francisco, Calif., Mrs. Mary Tringale, El Cerrito, Calif., Mrs. Neva Hurlbut, Paradise, Calif., Mrs. Mildred Jarvis, Warren, Mich., and Mrs. Kathleen Vansandt, Pea Ridge, Ark.; two brothers, Bill Clanton, Sonoma, Calif., and Edgar Clanton, Carthage; one sister, Mrs. Frances Gann, Sebastcpol, Calif., and 14 grandchildren.
Mrs. Gemmecke was a member of the First Baptist Church of Seligman and former postmaster at Seligman.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church of Seligman. The Rev. Sam Etchison will officiate. Burial will be in Seligman Cemetery under direction of Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge, Ark.
