Services for Amos Williams, 80, Seligman, who died at 7:55 p.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Hospital, Monett, where he had been a patient one week, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Culver Funeral Service chapel, Cassville.
The Rev. Tim Larkin and the Rev. Bob Scott will officiate. Burial will be in King Cemetery, south of Washburn.
The family will receive friends after 7 p.m. today.
Mr. Williams was born August 31, 1895, near Garfield, Ark. He had lived in the Seligman area since 1936 and was a retired merchant. He was a member of the Seligman Baptist Church.
He married Clara Pippin June 14, 1914, near Garfield. She survives.
Additional survivors include two sons, Opal Williams and Genoa Williams, both of Seligman; three brothers, Floyd Williams and Euel Williams, all of Rogers, Ark.; seven grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
