Prominent Denver Attorney Passes Away in Nebraska
Crawford, Neb., June 29.
Ralph Talbot, for many years
a prominent attorney of Denver, died at Fort Robinson today of softening of the brain, aged 61.
His body was taken to Denver by his son, Lieutenant Ralph Talbot, Jr., of the Twelfth Cavalry.
A Leader of Bar
Denver, June 29
Mr. Talbot was leader of the legal profession in Denver for
30 years and was a regent of the state at Boulder.
He was born Fayette Howard County Mo., August 17, 1850.
His father was Dr. John A. Talbot.
Right Rev. Ethelbert Talbot, bishop of the Episcopal church
in the diocese of Benham, Pa., is a brother. Still another
Rev. Robert Talbot is rector of St. Paul's Episcopal church at Washington.
In 1880 Mr. Talbot married Miss Frances Hardin, a niece of
Gov. Charles Hardin of Missouri.
Besides the widow, a daughter, and four sons survive.
