Graveside services for Louise Elizabeth Farris were held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2006, at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Farris died at 5:22 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, in National Health Care. She was born on May 25, 1918, in Cureall, Mo., to Albert and Nancy Wilson McGoldrick. On April 8, 1965, she was married to Raymond Gene Farris, who preceded her in death in 1975. Mrs. Farris had been a hairdresser since the age of 18 and was a member of the AmVets Post 98 Auxiliary.
She is survived by her stepbrother, Charles Ward and wife, Marilyn, of West Plains; several nieces and nephews including Nancy Huggins of St. Louis, Jack McFarland of West Plains, Robert Soutier of Bridgeton, Mark Williams of Crestwood and Mike Rodgers of St. Louis; and several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Her parents, husband and three sisters precede her in death.
