Graveside services for Kittie Marie Vaughn, 77, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Vaughn passed away at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at her home.
She was born November 18, 1943, at West Plains, Missouri, to Frank Eugene White and Georgia Marie Nunally White. On July 10, 1962, she was married at Berryville, Arkansas to Leo Everett Vaughn, who preceded her in death on July 24, 1985. Kittie had worked for a number of years at the International Shoe Factory. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and puzzle books. Mrs. Vaughn was a member of Curry Street Church of Christ.
She is survived by three children, Gina Collins Henderson and husband, Kevin, Kelly Carter and husband, Larry and Christine Johnson; daughter-in-law, Renea Vaughn; eleven grandchildren, Jennifer, Jaycob (lived with her and was her caregiver), Steven, Laticia, Annessa, Dalton, Peyton, Kevin Jr., Michael, Leroy Jr. and Paul Leo; thirteen great-grandchildren; four brothers, Fred, Paul, Mark and Tony; three sisters, Audrey, Frankie and Minnie; her best friend, Terry Wood; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her parents, husband, one daughter, Mary Smith, one son, Leroy Vaughn, one granddaughter, Bethanie; one great-granddaughter, Jocelyn, son-in-law, Donnie Collins, one brother, George, two brothers-in-law, David and Richard and one sister, Julia, preceded her in death.
