Mrs. Wilson died Nov. 7, 1990 at her home in West Plains. She was born June 16, 1918 at Koshkonong, MO to James and Artie Lou Crowder Sloan. On April 14, 1937 she was married in Oregon County to Archie Oliver Wilson who preceded her in death Nov. 7, 1975, she had lived in the Brandsville area for almost 50 years where she and her husband operated a general store. She was post mistress at Brandsville for nine years retiring in 1980. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of God for many years.
Survivors include one son, Earl Dean Wilson and wife Ernestine, West Plains two grandsons one great-grandson, two brothers Cecil Sloan and Oscar Sloan, both of West Plains.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers and four sisters.
