Graveside services for Geneva Louise Webb, 78, Brandsville, Mo., will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Webb died 10:45 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008, at Ozarks Medical Center. She was born Sept. 10, 1930, in Helena, Mont., to William and LaVonne June Oldham Riddle.
On Dec. 7, 1947, she was married at Camarillo, Calif., to Doyle Rudolph Webb, who preceded her in death on Oct. 30, 1994. Before her retirement, Mrs. Webb was a restaurant cook and worked part-time as a dispatcher for the Koshkonong and Brandsville Fire Departments. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by four children, Connie Brown, husband, Bob, Moody, Mo., Doyle R. Webb Jr., Salem, Ore., Brenda Webb, Brandsville, Mo., and Ernest Charles Webb II, Brandsville, Mo.; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild on the way; one half-brother, Arthur Riddle; her brother-in-law, Ted Deming; and several cousins.
Her parents and husband precede her in death.
Mrs. Webb will lie in state from 2 until 9 p.m. Sunday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. [robertsondrago.com]
