A retired farmer, Golden Bradford, died April 5, 1975, at the Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Mr. Bradford was born June 11, 1901, in Steele.
Funeral srvices were conducted Monday, April 7, 1975, at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of the German-Aumon Funeral Home in Steele. Mr. Franklin Williams officiated.
Mr. Bradford leaves his widow, Oler Stallions Bradford of the home; four daughters, Charlene Davis, Memphis; Veatus Robbins, St. Peters, Mo.; Alfreda Daniels, Madison, TN., and Mary Ash, Berkely, Mo.; two sons: Wilburn Bradford, Wilmington, CA.; and Willard Bradford, West Monroe, LA.; two brothers: Ed Bradford, Steele and Hubert Bradford, West Monroe; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Interment was in the Sam Farris Hamra Memorial Garden at Mt. Zion cemetery with German-Aumon Funeral Home of Steele in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were C.R. Bradford, Joe Bradford, Pat Bradford, Dennis Bradford, Vernon Green and Burley Bradford.

Oler Lee Bradford, 89, died Friday, February 16, 1990, at the River Oaks Nursing Home at Steele, Mo.

Daughter of the late Henry and May Connell Stallings, she was born November 11, 1900, at Steele.

A member of the Church of Christ, she was a homemaker.

In 1919 she married Golden Bradford. He preceded her in death on April 5, 1975. One grandchild, Wanda Stallings; a sister, Helen Willis; and a brother, Claude Stallings, also preceded her in death.

She leaves two sons: Wilburn C. Bradford of Carson, Calif. and Willard C. Bradford of West Monroe, La.; four daughters: Charline Davis of Steele, Veatus Robbins of Springfield, Mo., Alfreeda Daniel of Nashville, Tenn. and Mary Ellen Ash of St. Peters, Mo; two half brothers: Chancel Gentry of Kennett, Mo., and Vancil Gentry of Gosnell, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were officiated by Mr. Mark Raulerson at Bradshaw's German-Aumon Chapel in Steele Sunday, February 18, 1990 at 4:00 p.m.

Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery near Steele with arrangements by German-Aumon Funeral Home of Steele.

Pallbearers were Kenneth Frazier, Odell Robbins, Pat Bradford, Bill Stewart, Dale Woodard and Joe Bradford.
