EMMA KELLOGG, 74, DIES IN HOSPITAL

Life-time Kirksville Resident Ill Several Months

Miss Emma Kellogg, 74, who lives northeast of the Kirksville city limits, died yesterday in a Kirksville Hospital where she had been a patient for the past two months. Miss Kellogg had been ill for several months before entering the hospital.

She was the daughter of Warren J. and Susan Kellam Kellogg and was born August 19, 1881, in the home place, where she lived her entire life.

Surviving are three brothers, James A. Kellogg of Cleveland, Ohio; Charles W. Kellogg and Fred O. Kellogg, both of the home. She is preceded in death by three brothers, Roy W. Kellogg, Ross E. Kellogg and George Kellogg.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Friday aftrnoon [sic] in the Memorial Chapel of the Robert B. Davis Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Romans Smith. Burial will be in the Forest Cemetery.

The body will remain at the Robert B. Davis Funeral Home until time for the services.
