Guy H MCCRACKEN, age 87, of West Plains, MO died July 21, 1999 at the Ozark Medical Center in West Plains. Mr. MCCRACKEN was born Apr 3, 1912 in Flippin, he son of the late Rex and Lizzie (FEE) MCCRACKEN. He received his education in the schools of Flippin, and on Sep 3, 1932 he was united in marriage in Baxter County to Elma CROWNOVER. Mr. McCRACKEN was a life time farmer and while living in AR, spent many years as a guide on the White River. He had been a member of the church of Christ since 1947. Survivors include his wife, Elma MCCRACKEN of the home; his son and daughter-in-law, Don and Gussie MCCRACKEN of West Plains; his daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Charles STEWARD of West Plains; his granchildren; Donna REDBURN and husband, Curtis, Charlene MCKEE and husband, Craig and Monty MCCRACKEN and wife Donna; six great grandchildren, Amanda OSBORN and husband, Jason, Angela REDBURN, Cody MCKEE, Chad MCKEE, Jerad STOKES and Ashely MCCRACKEN and one great great grandchild, Tyler OSBORN. Mr. MCCRACKEN was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Harold MCCRACKEN. Mr. MCCRACKEN loved and enjoyed his family, his many friends and good neighbors. Services were held at the Rose Chapel of the Robertson-Drago Funeral Home with Evangelist Neal Phipps officiating. Burial was at the Howell Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home in West Plains.
