Funeral services for Mrs. Lealer Wicker, 85, were held Tuesday, February 1, at 2:00 p.m., at the German-Aumon Funeral Home Chapel in Steele, Rev. Charles Faught officiated.
Mrs. Wicker was born May 31, 1897, in Greenville, Tennessee, and died January 29, 1983, at the Chickasawba Hospital in Blytheville.
She leaves three daughters, Edna Wicker and Maye Bell Campbell, both of Steele, and Elizabeth Lonon of Belle Glade, Florida; and Five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Cecil Riley, Clifford Britt, Mark Patterson, Donnie Riley, Luke, Howell, and Burl Baker.
Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele with th German-Aumon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Services will be held this morning at 10 o'clock in the German Funeral Home Chapel for Robert E. Wicker, who died June 25, 1963 at Hayti Memorial Hospital. Rev. Ray Benifield officiated.
Born February 12, 1888 in Blytheville, Mr. Wicker had lived in this community for 11 years.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Lela Wicker of Steele; three daughters: Mrs. Louise Lodon of Caruthersville, Miss Neda Wicker of Steele, and Mrs. Maybell Campbell of St. Louis; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Hall Wynn, S. Smith, Walter Besgutt, Vernon Crews, and Clarence Poteet.
Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery with German Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
