Mr. Ed Lovins, 66, of the Yarbro, Ark., community died Monday, June 24, 1991 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Blytheville, Ark.

Born in Kennett, Mo., he had been a Blytheville resident since 1963.

A member of Yarbro Baptist Church, he was a veteran of World War II, and an employee of the E.B. Gee Co.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Versie Wagner Lovins, of the Yarbro community; four sons: Jerry Lovins and Kenny Lovins, both of Blytheville, Donald Lovins of Kenansville, Fla., and Ronald Lovins of Junction City, La.; one daughter, Mrs. Jean Smith of Wilson, Ark.; a brother, Buddy Lovins of Bernie, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Nell Brown, of Piggott, Ark.; and eight grandchildren.

Rev. Aubry Turner officiated at funeral services which were held Wednesday, June 26, 1991 at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville.

Burial was at Mount Zion Cemetery near Steele, Mo.
