Joshua Keith Howell, 27, of Steele, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010 in Holland.
Born May 16, 1983 in Blytheville, Ark., he is the son of Ronald Howell Sr. and Elizabeth Brown Burton.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Betty Howell.
Josh was a graduate at South Pemiscot School in Steele and worked in concrete construction and metal fabrication.
Mr. Howell leaves one daughter, Alise Christine Howell; His mother and stepfather, Elizabeth and Dennis Burton; His father, Ronald Howell Sr.; One brother, Ronald Howell Jr.; Two sisters: Lauren Elizabeth Howell and Allie Rebecca House; One step-brother, Derrick Lee Burton; His grandparents: James and Carolyn Brown and Billy Joe Howell; and A host of other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Howell were held at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 22, at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Steele with Rev. Michael Funderburk officiating.
Burial was in the Mitchell Number Eight Cemetery in Cooter.
Pallbearers were: David Hill, Bill Erwin, Chris Erwin, Jason Potts, Ryan Childers and Evan House.
