HAROLD DUMMIT

Aurora - Graveside services for Harold C. Dummit, 61, Aurora, were at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, in Maple Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Jim Wilson officiating. Burial was under the direction of Peterson.

Mr. Dummit died about 5 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 16 at his home after a long illness.

He was born Feb. 13, 1925, in the state of Missouri. He had lived in the Aurora area for several years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and had been employed at MWM Color Press.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita; three sons, Roger Dummit of Aurora, Eric Dummit of Marionville and David Dummit of Billings; a daughter, Susan Westra of Pierce City; a brother, Marion Dummit of Branson; two sisters, Joyce Fields of Willard and Wilma Grider of Oroville, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

JUANITA DUMMIT
Juanita Dummit, 78, of Aurora, died August 4, 2006, in her home.

She was born January 26, 1928, in Crane, to Everett and Opal Wilson Ray. She was a retired laboratory technician.

Survivors include three sons, Roger Dummit of Aurora, Eric Dummit of Marionville and David Dummit of Billings; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Harold.

Graveside services were held August 7 in Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora under the direction of Peterson Funeral Chapel of Aurora.

Donations may be made to Community Hospice or the Multiple Sclerosis Association.

MY NOTE: Daughter, Susan Westra was omitted from obit.
