Mary Frances Morrow, 81, of Holland, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 2005, in Holland.
Born Dec. 3, 1923, in Booneville, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Clavis Thompson and Martha Virginia Davis Thompson. She was also preceded in death by one son, Ronald Morrow, one daughter, Judy Love, two brothers, Willie B. Thompson and Thomas Thompson, and four sisters, Irene Thorn, Evelyn Watson, Juanita Thompson and Shirley Thompson.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Mary Frances was united in marriage to James Morrow on Dec. 4, 1949 in Booneville.
Mrs. Morrow leaves her husband, James Morrow, of the home; Four daughters: Louise Cross of Hayti, Shirley Mays and Betty Johnson of Steele and Barbara Morrow of Armorel, Ark.; One brother, Arlis Thompson of Cherokee, Ala.; One sister, Susie Thompson of Holland; Sixteen grandchildren; Thirty great-grandchildren; and Seven great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Morrow were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005 at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel inSteele with Pastor Avon officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery at Steele with Powell Funeral Home of Steele in charge of services.
